1. OPERATION MANAGER (Code : OPRM)
Qualification :
• Max. Age 45 years old
• Bachelor degree from faculty of Mining / Geology engineering
• Min. 15 years experience as in Coal mining & Min. 3 – 5 years as a manager
• Certified POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) is preferred
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
• Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
• Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury)
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Have a second class blasting certificate & POP / POM License would be an advantage
• Mastering mine production operations: Planning, Over Burden & Coal Production,Drilling & Blasting, Fleet Management, Heavy Equipment & Supporting.
• Ability to act in an objective, non-discriminatory and have a decisive nature.
• Dare to take decisions quickly and accurately.
• Good health and able to work under pressure with good result
2. ENGINEERING SECTION HEAD (Code : SH-ENG)
Qualification :
• Max. 45 years old
• Bachelor degree From Mining / Geology / Geodesy
• Min. 3 years experience as a section head or manager in open pit coal mining area and related position
• Have a POP & POM License
• Certificated in Minescape or SURPAC
• Have a Knowledge for budgeting
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
3. PRODUCTION GROUP LEADER / SUPERVISOR (Code : GL/SPV-PROD)
Qualification :
• Max. 35 years old
• Diploma / Bachelor degree in Mining / Civil
• 3-5 years experience as a Group Leader in open pit coal mining area
• Have a POP License
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
4. DRILL & BLAST GROUP LEADER / SUPERVISOR (Code : GL/SPV-DB)
Qualification :
• Max. 35 years old
• Diploma / Bachelor degree in Mining or Geologist with Class II Blaster Certificate
• 3-5 years previous experiences in drilling & blasting,
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, written & verbal,
• Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software,
• Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling.
5. ENGINEERING GROUP LEADER / SUPERVISOR (Code : GL/SPV-ENG)
Qualification :
• Max. 35 years old
• Diploma / Bachelor degree in Mining / Geology / Geodesy / Civil
• 3 – 5 years experience as a mine engineer in the area of mining industry
• Have a POP License
• Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Mindscape and Xpac will be an advantage
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate
6. MINE PLAN ENGINEER (Code : MPL-ENG)
Qualification :
• Max. 35 years old
• Diploma / Bachelor degree in Mining / Geology / Geodesy
• 3 - 5 years experience as Mine Engineer in the area of mining industry
• Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Mindscape and Xpac will be an advantage;
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate
7. SURVEYOUR GROUP LEADER / SUPERVISOR (Code : SURVEY-GL/SPV)
Qualification :
• Max. 35 years old
• Diploma / Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Geodesy, Industrial Engineering
• 3 - 5 years experience as a Mine Planner, or a Mine Surveyor/Pit Controller or a Project Controller Group Leader/Jr. Manager/Supervisor in the area of mining industry
• Have a POP License would be an advantage
• Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Minescape and Xpac and Theodolit and GPS for Mine Survey will be an advantage
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate
8. PLANT GROUP LEADER/SUPERVISOR (Code : PLANTGL/SPV)
Qualification :
• Max. 35 years old
• Min. Senior High School / Diploma / Bachelor Degree
• Min. 3 - 5 years experience as a group leader in open pit coal mining area and related position
• Have a mechanic experience or background would be an advantage
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
• Basic Mechanical Course (BMC) certificated
• Have a strong leadership and communication skill
9. INSTRUCTOR PLANT (Code :INSPLANT)
Qualification :
• Max. 35 years old
• 3 - 5 years experience as a mechanic instructor especially in mining companies
• Training For Trainer (TFT) certificated
• Basic Mechanical Course (BMC) certificated
• Be able to teach (in-class & field practical)
• Be able to work in a team
• Have a strong communication skill
10. MECHANIC HEAVY EQUIPMENT (Code : MECH)
Qualification :
• Max. 35 years old
• 2 - 4 years experiences as Heavy Equipment Mechanic
• BMC License preferred
• Base in Kalimantan
• Able to work in a team
• Unit that will be handled : Komatsu HD 465 up, PC 1250 up, GD 705 up, CAT 785 up, Liebherr R9250 up, Drill Tech DP 1100.
