PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk. (PT. HM Sampoerna) merupakan salah satu perusahaan atau produsen rokok terkemuka di Indonesia. Perusahaan ini memproduksi sejumlah merek rokok kretek yang dikenal luas, seperti A Mild, Sampoerna Kretek, serta "Raja Kretek" yang legendaris Dji Sam Soe. Kami adalah afiliasi dari PT Philip Morris Indonesia (PMID) dan bagian dari Philip Morris International Inc. (PMI), perusahaan tembakau terkemuka di dunia.

Sejarahnya sendiri dimulai pada tahun 1913, bermula dari seorang imigran asal Cina Liem Seeng Tee yang mulai membuat dan menjual rokok kretek linting tangan di rumahnya di Surabaya, Indonesia. Perusahaan kecilnya tersebut merupakan salah satu perusahaan pertama yang memproduksi dan memasarkan rokok kretek maupun rokok putih. (Senior) IS Analyst Sales & Marketing System

 Qualifications 
  1. University degree (Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Information Technology, and Industrial Engineering.
  2. Have 3 - 5 years experiences in solutions delivery or application development would be advantage
  3. Knowledge and experience in any of the following is desirable: Commercial business process, Digital Marketing, HTML5, Mobile Devices, and Website solutions
  4. Solid interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills
  5. Team player, smart worker, proactive, and highly motivated
  6. Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
  7. Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  8. Good analytical skills/logical thinking

Manager Industrial Relations

 Qualifications

  1. University Degree in any discipline, preferably Human Resources Management or Law.
  2. Minimum 5 years progressive working experience in Human Resources/Business Partner with some experience in handling industrial relation related issues.
  3. Solid knowledge and skills of industrial relationship processes.
  4. Solid knowledge and skills of project & change management.
  5. Knowledge of  Indonesia labor laws, rules & regulations, solicitor, and contract drafting is an advantage.
  6. Fluent in English, both oral & written.
  7. Strong analytical and logical thinking.
  8. Strong relationship building.
  9. Strong communication skill : able to express idea systematically & clearly.
  10. Computer Literate.

  4. Good understanding of key IS delivery processes and business processes
  5. Have knowledge in service management (ITIL), ITIL Foundation & PMPM certified
  6. Excellence interpersonal skills and communication skills
  7. Fluent in English, both verbal and written 

IS Solution Delivery Leader BI

 Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology, or Engineering
